The Invitation

“Who am I becoming when I stop abandoning myself?”

A daylong gathering of reflection, expression, witnessing, release, and compassionate reintegration — through creativity, sound, ritual, and connection. Zero Judgement. Zero Pressure to Perform. Zero Expectation to Share. Just a willingness to show up and do the work for yourself. Take what you need~ and leave the rest.

    Arrival + Soft Landing

    Tea, soft music, an oracle pull. A gentle exhale into the space.

  2. 10:30

    Opening Circle + Grounding

    Welcome, agreements, breathwork, and returning to the body.

  3. 10:50

    Check-In Share

    A quick go-around — each woman shares how she's arriving today. Brief, honest, witnessed.

  4. 11:00

    Sound + Expression Play

    Drums, chimes, singing bowls. Permission, not performance.

  5. 11:40

    Self-Portrait ~ Part One

    Witnessing the current self — masks, residue, inherited stories.

  6. 12:30

    Nourishing Lunch + Fire Ceremony

    Soup, charcuterie, fruit, and unhurried conversation. One at a time, each woman steps away to the fire to release what is finished, then returns to the table.

  7. 13:40

    Self-Portrait ~ Part Two

    Layer the new intention. Future self, reclaimed identity.

  8. 14:30

    Closing Circle + Oracle Pull

    Pull an oracle card. One thing released. One thing carried forward.
